When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipment.
When will I receive my order?
Orders shall arrive within 2-5 business days.
How can I keep track of my items once shipped?
All shipment confirmations will include a tracking number.
What if my package gets lost?
We are not responsible for any lost items once shipped. Any shipping issues must be reported to the carrier, USPS.
Can returns be made?
We are not accepting returns at this time. Exceptions will be made for items damaged upon receiving ONLY! Any damage acquired after use may not be returned.
All damages/missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving. Please send an email to [email protected] including your name, order #, and a picture of the damages.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Please double check orders and shipping addresses for accuracy before placing your order.
Do you ship to my country?
We are currently only shipping within the US. International shipping will be available soon.
